Michael “Koz” Koziarski is a software developer and partner at Wellington based software studio Southgate Labs, specialising in Ruby on Rails, system architecture, web and mobile business applications. Following a successful stint as an enterprise Java developer, Koz became a contributor to Rails in 2004 and has been a Rails core team member since 2005. Koz maintains several open source projects, and is a popular speaker at development conferences around the world.
